John H. Warren, III

Mr. Warren received a B.S. from the College of Charleston in 1967 and in 1972 he graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was a member of the South Carolina Law Review Editorial Board. Mr. Warren chaired the Corporation, Banking and Securities Section of the South Carolina Bar Association. He has served as a director of the Roper Hospital and Spoleto Festival USA Boards, and as president of the Board of the Charleston Symphony Orchestra, Historic Charleston Foundation, and the College of Charleston Foundation.
