Ms. Maginnis received a B.A. cum laude from Vanderbilt University in 1998 and graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2001, where she was a member of the Order of Wig and Robe and a member of the Editorial Board of the South Carolina Law Review. In 2003, Ms. Maginnis also received a Master of International Business Studies (International M.B.A.) with a focus on French from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
